By activating and using UNYX Smart Player, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
UNYX Smart Player is a media player software. We do not provide, host, or sell any TV channels, movies, or streaming subscriptions. Your purchase is for a digital license to use the application interface on your device.
You are solely responsible for any content (playlists, URLs, EPGs) that you upload into the player. You must ensure that you have the legal right to view the content you provide.
The license is linked to your device’s MAC Address. Once a license is activated, it cannot be transferred to another device. Please ensure your MAC address is correct before purchasing.
Due to the digital nature of the activation, all sales are final. We recommend using the trial period to test compatibility with your device and your provider before buying a license.
The software is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the application will be compatible with all third-party playlists or that it will be error-free at all times.
